I’ve taken phentermine before, it works fantastic except I have insomnia and ultimately the fatigue and headaches get the greatest of me. Ofcourse I know absolutely nothing replaces exercise and healthy eating, i’m truly trying. and I do know when I get off them i run the risk of regaing the weight….would hoodia be safer and not cause the insomnia and other side effects of phentermine?

There is no regulation for Hoodia, no proof that you’re finding the portion of the plant which truly causes weight loss, or that it’s ready the suitable way. And only 1 company owns the patent on the ingredient and on the methods to extract it from the plant.
“All natural” is a bogus advertising term with definitely no meaning or revelevance. Nightshade is all natural and it is poisonous. Mud is all natural too. So is dog poop. (Silly examples just to get the point across.)

I wont know the difference, because I never needed anything to lose weight being a thin guy. But a friend’s wife tells me that she found both to be useless and full of side effects.
