Question by Ra~: Does anybody know or have taken a Hoodia supplement that is real?
Please just answer the question if you know, don’t just say eat right and drink lots of water.

You have to get pure hoodia for it to perform.

Right after a month of taking pure hoodia, I lost 5 kg and I totally stopped snacking. Because then I stopped hoodia but I took care to watch my diet regime and I have not gained back the weight I lost.
